- Elbows, hot-rolled production with a mandrel, welded fittings
Small-radius, large-radius and 3D elbows reaching 48" and 5D models up to 36" made of high elastic limit carbon steel. Maximum thickness of 60 mm weld-free and 40 mm with a longitudinal weld. Elbows made of steel alloy (WP 5, WP11, WP22, WP91) 30" in dimension weld-free and up to 16" made of weld-free thick stainless steel. Clad elbows up to 24" shaped using a mandrel "Long sweep" and double-bottom elbows - ANSI 4130 and equipment for boring
applications.
- Tees – equal or reduced –extruded products
Tees forged from carbon, high elastic limit steel and clad material up to 30". Extruded tees and manifolds extending from 12" to 60" made of carbon steel, high elastic limit steel up to 70 mm, with 8-m maximum length.
Manufactured by hydraulic forming or lamination with a longitudinal weld, in compliance with client technical specifications. Product line: 40 mm - 5 m diameter, weights up to 40 tons.
