Standards and design codes
TEMA ASME VIII, Division 1 et 2 AD-MERKBLATT BS 5500 CODAP 95 The pressure vessel division satisfies requests for all types of metals in compliance with European, American or specially-drafted standards: - Carbon steels (featuring all sorts of mechanical characteristics)
- Alloyed steels, low-alloyed steels
- Stainless steels
- High-grade steels: incoloy, hastelloy, inconel, etc.
- Clad steels.
Vilmar conducts both non-destructive and destructive testing on its entire line of boiler products: - Non-destructive testing
- Design control
- Control by bleeding
- X-ray controls - X- and gamma-ray stations
- Magnetic particle inspection
- Ultrasound testing
- Hardness control – Brinnel, Vickers, Rockwell
- Identification of the presence of PMI matter
- Mobile spectrotest
- Destructive testing
- Mechanical tests carried out in the laboratory: tension, impact resistance, bending, etc.
- Stationary spectrometer
