Expediting
The Groupe Genoyer has a department entirely dedicated to overseeing client contract tracking, supplier contacts and deliveries.
A single contact person is assigned to each client in an effort to streamline, to the greatest extent possible, administrative paperwork while ensuring orders are being filled successfully.
This department also provides clients with an up-to-date status report on order progress.
The department is responsible for:
tracking at the manufacturer to ensure quality and respect of schedules
equipment preparation and assignment
inspection coordination
monitoring of both packaging and branding
transport (either directly point-to-point or via a logistics platform)
issuance of transport documents (invoices, packing lists, customs formalities, transport clearances, etc.) and transmission of all payment-related documents.
customs operations (French customs certification) and integrated international transit service.
